Starting from dddk, three commercial paths
dddk is live and can be licensed straight into your product. Enterprise is in active build and rolls out through project-based engagements — we handle module configuration, data migration, and agent tuning. We also co-create new SaaS lines with operators under an upfront fee plus long-term revenue share.
Pricing by company revenue
The commercial license waives the AGPL-3.0 source-disclosure clause for closed-source use of dddk. Tiered by your company's annual revenue.

A finished SaaS product, paired with the right operator
You bring the market, sales, and brand; we bring product engineering and the engine foundation. Exclusive licence per market or industry, with the partner focused on operating and growing the market and Perhapxin guaranteeing long-term product and AI capability upgrades. A one-time buyout would freeze the product at acquisition — the revenue share is the price of exclusivity. If it stops, we re-license to another operator in the same market.
How it works
Each co-op runs three clear stages. The product is fully built and live before it is paired — the partner evaluates a running SaaS, not a deck.
We build it
Perhapxin develops the SaaS end-to-end: product, infrastructure, deployment, billing, observability. The product reaches a live, production-quality state before it ever appears on the co-op list.
You evaluate, then take over
The operator evaluates the live deployment. Once fit is confirmed, we agree on the upfront fee and revenue share, then transfer the full source code, runtime, and documentation. Structured handover support is included.
Long-term co-op
The operator runs the market and operations, with the revenue share securing market exclusivity. Perhapxin proactively ships AI capability and product upgrades; operator-requested custom features are evaluated and quoted separately, not delivered free. If the revenue share stops, exclusivity ends — the operator keeps the source code and can continue running their existing business, but loses market exclusivity protection and ongoing upgrades, and Perhapxin may re-license to another operator in the same market.
